 WHO WE ARE
We take great pride not only in the knowledge that we are the largest privately-owned janitorial and horticultural company in the ACT, but also in the fact that City Group is a locally-owned and operated business - and has been since our founding by the current owners/directors back in 1985.
As a result, we are are able to offer superior professional resources based on local knowledge and with a down-to-earth, personalised, customer service.

City Group is a member of the Building Service Contractor's Association of Australia.

OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY
Over the years, City Group has become a name associated with Quality; we are a Quality Assured company, authorised to display the SAI-Global "5 Ticks" continuously since 2003, our performance constantly monitored via six-monthly and annual third-party QA audits.

As an integral part of our Quality Assured processes, we have incorporated controls and procedures for cleaning requirements such as documented inspections & reports by our Area Managers on a regular basis and frequent but random inspections and customer reports by our Quality Assurance staff.

Our company core-value is stated as part of our logo - Your Assurance Of Professionalism.
 This has been our creed since inception and it is a statement which we stand by today.

Because we are a local company we have a personal investment in ensuring that all our staff reflect our commitment to Quality.
That is why they are well-trained, highly-motivated people who enjoy the full support and backing of a central management team, thereby ensuring a consistent approach to all contracted work.

City Group is a Registered Training Organisation, training our staff to nationally-recognised Certificates I, II, III and IV in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations).
